MOUNTING & EASY STORAGE: Portable & fully dismountable design with a 360° rotating base. The deck-mounted ABS plastic bracket facilitates easy installation and removal of the 30 lb (13.5 kg) hauler pot puller. A fixing knob allows the hauler to be fixed at any angle. It includes a manual pressing plastic break handle, eliminating the need for light pulling on the rope. The hauler is equipped with a foldable hauling arm for minimal space usage and easy storage.

WIDE APPLICATIONS: Supports rope up to 3/8”. This line pot puller is designed for hauling prawn, crab, and lobster traps, helping to reduce back strain when pulling crab or shrimp pots.

**IMPORTANT WIRING NOTICE** To connect the hauler to the battery: 

• Use a 2AWG cable if the distance from the hauler to the battery is less than 24 feet.
• If the distance is between 24 and 50 feet, use a 1AWG cable. 

**SPECIAL NOTICE** An 80-amp circuit breaker is required for connection and safe operation (refer to the electrical diagram in the pictures).

Using the Foldable Arm
To deploy the hauling arm, loosen it from the secure folded position and fully extend it. Gently press the arm down to snap it into place. Ensure that the pulley hangs freely from the folding arm.

Rotating Axle
The rotating axle can be left unlocked, allowing the hauler to follow the pull direction, or locked in a fixed position using the nylon locking screw knob. A second stainless screw above the nylon knob prevents the hauler from being lifted off its axle; this screw should not be unscrewed and cannot be used to lock the rotating axle's position.

Electrical Switch
The haulers are equipped with a forward and reverse switch, which allows the hauling wheel to operate in both directions. The position marked (I) rotates the hauling wheel in its normal direction, while the position marked (II) rotates it in the opposite direction.

Mounting the Hauler:
To mount the hauler, attach it to the Twin Mount Bracket with the two vertical axle supports facing outward and the single axle support facing inward. Once the hauler is correctly positioned over the Twin Mount Bracket, insert the twin drop nose pin to ensure the hauler is securely attached.
Next, open the lid of the electric socket and insert the plug, aligning its bulge with the dent in the socket. When the plug is fully inserted, rotate the locking wheel to secure it in place.

Operating Instructions:

• We recommend that a marine 12V battery with a minimum capacity of 60-80 Ah is used to power the hauler.
• The haulers have a built-in bi-metal fuse so there is no need to install an external fuse. The built-in bimetal fuse protects the heavy-duty motor from current spikes and prolonged high-current intervals. The fuse reacts to both high currents and increased temperatures during extended hauls at or near maximum working loads, and it resets automatically once cooled.
