HIGH-CAPACITY FUEL TANK – 12-gallon portable marine fuel tank designed for boats, outboards, and marine applications. The seamless, injection molded, multi-layer construction provides a 5% vapour space beyond the stated fuel capacity to safely allow fuel thermal expansion and an additional 2-Cycle oil capacity to achieve a 1:16 ratio mix.

LOW-PERMEATION DESIGN – Reduces fuel evaporation and loss, keeping vapors contained while minimizing environmental impact.

MECHANICALLY-VENTED CAP – A tethered, ratcheted fuel cap with an automatic vacuum valve ensures optimal fuel flow in all conditions.

INTEGRATED FUEL GAUGE – Easy-to-read, slosh-resistant fuel gauge accurately monitors fuel levels without removing the cap. Fuel Fitting is a 90 1/4" NPT.

HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS – Built with HDPE/EVOH multi-layer construction for maximum durability and safe fuel storage.

CONVENIENT PORTABILITY – Equipped with wheels and a pull strap for easy transport and hassle-free refueling.

UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY – Compatible with Yamaha and Mercury engines; includes fuel hose, primer bulb, and connectors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fuel tanks may expand under heat; ensure proper ventilation and use thread sealant for pressurized connections. 

Any low-permeation tank may become pressurized when exposed to direct sunlight or any other heat source. Under these conditions, you may see the tank expand or bulge. Do not place the tank in a confined area that prevents this normal expansion. Pressurized low-permeation fuel system components require a thread sealant specifically designed for the unique conditions they create to maintain a leak-proof seal at their threaded connections. Tape-type thread sealants will not withstand the pressurized conditions potentially created within low-permeation systems.
