unreliable gasket seal
The water tightness of the access hatch is unrealible and has a thin gasket of unknown material. Why cant the manufacturer supply a separate reliable rubber or PVC gasket ??? A simple addition to a simple but important requirement.

Well made little hatch. Good quality, and good fit. Used it to access a shut off valve on a fiberglass panel. No complaints. Five stars from me.
