- All Five Oceans products are guaranteed for one (1) year from date of purchase.
- We will replace products/parts which are faulty, we do not repair any products.
- Warranty does not cover shipping cost. All shipping cost is payable by the customer.
- Items which have been discontinued, unfortunately, do not have replacement parts. However, we will provide a full refund or direct you towards a product with a similar function. (additional cost may apply)
- Warranty does not cover misused products or those which have been abused. A repair fee will apply in these instances, in case parts are available and/or repairs are possible.
