COMPREHENSIVE KIT – Includes solenoid, 60A circuit breaker, foot switch, rocker switch, mounting hardware, and manual.

POWERFUL 600W MOTOR – Provides 992 LB (450 Kg) max pull with a 69 FT/min retrieval speed for smooth anchoring. The maximum working load is 330 LB (150 Kg). 

(The Five Oceans Windlass model number indicates a Windlass' electric motor power (Watts), not the pulling power. Electric motor power (Watts) is the most important value when choosing a windlass for your boat.)

IP66 WATERPROOF MOTOR – Ensures long-lasting performance with a 90-degree rotation motor option for flexible installation.

DURABLE MARINE-GRADE BUILD – Made of polished 316 stainless steel, built to withstand harsh marine conditions. Most components are made by hot forging and can withstand the high-load strain.

VERTICAL WINDLASS INSTALLATION – Under-deck mount with 4-threaded studs for secure placement. Deck thickness up to 1-3/8 Inch (35 mm). Fits boats up to 35 ft. (10m), depending on boat style. Features a vertical rotation about the deck, allowing for a reduced volume above the deck as the electric motor and gearbox sit inside the chain locker. 

CHAIN & ROPE COMPATIBILITY – Designed for 1/4" HT G4 chain and 1/2" (12mm) 3-strand nylon rope (not included). The Windlass manages the rope and chain with the use of a special spring-loaded tension arm (Anchor rode NOT included in the kit)

NOTE: For the vertical windlass series, the motor allows for a 90-degree rotation at 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, & 9 o'clock. Depending on the spacing that permits such positioning. 

INSTALLATION DETAILS
Note: For decks that are not flat, a suitable mounting pad may be required to take up camber or sheer. Decks made of a thin, foam or balsa laminate construction, will require reinforcement to spread the load that will be applied to the deck while the windlass is in use. The standard (1/4") threaded mounting studs, a suit deck, and a packing thickness of up to 50 mm (2"). These are adequate for most installations.
